Return Policy
At Crook Store, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a change of mind or a defect in the product.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have received your return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original packaging and include all the accessories and documentation that came with it. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is found to be in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
If you paid for your order using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid using a different payment method, such as Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS the refund will be issued to your original account.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as earrings. Additionally, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
